We get most of our oil from OPEC and countries that **** America. Unless we start drilling, refining, and actually have access to our own oil supplies we will have to pay whatever OPEC wants to charge.

Gas prices depend on the gas companies and the price of oil per barrel. On average, gas prices raise during the summer and after natural disasters and trickle down during the winter. It will have little to do with who is the president.
