I hope you live in a big city or near one. If you are near one try to notice how many cars and trucks are in your city causing traffic jams and making it hard to move around in. Now think about all the big cities. Chicago Detroit Minniapolis New York Newark, NJ Dallas houston san antonio miami. The traffic has increased 10 times in the last 3 years.
Increasing the supply will not fix this. What has happened is the transportation system to move gas and oil has maxed out. Refineries are going full blast. The Saudies are right the oil is maxed the demand is high and the price going up is reflecting that. Ships are unloading as fast as they can. I dont see any easy fix to this problem. If every American could somehow cut 10% of their driving then it would start coming down. Everyone is complaining but they are still driving around non stop
