Neither the gas tax holiday or the drilling will help our current gas price problem. The fact that Republicans have attempted to lower gas prices, but failed should tell you not to vote for incompetence. It should lead you to vote for a competent party…say, I don’t know, the Dems w/ Obama.
Neither the gas tax holiday nor the drilling would significantly lower gas prices. McCain knows this and so does any Republican with a brain. Obama is against those ideas because they’ll do more harm than good. I’d say that makes him more attractive to anyone who votes conscientiously.
